Welcome ! I’m Dizzi. I am passionate about helping others to heal themselves through deeply relaxing and healing touch therapies and spiritual practices such as reiki and crystal therapy. I have been a qualified and insured holistic practitioner since 2005.

I have 4 children and live in the rural village of Weston Underwood, Buckinghamshire. Born in the nearby village of Emberton, my roots are in the Olney area.

I had a bohemian and spiritual upbringing with a Dutch, artist, carpenter father and my late mother who was an original thinker and free spirit of the world. I was given a childhood of love  tolerance and acceptance. This has given me a natural empathy and wish to help care for others on physical and emotional levels.

I have always been drawn to the arts and spirituality. During my late twenties through my own ill health issues and emotional  problems I found myself on my own journey of self healing.

I immersed myself in the study of reflexology, aromatherapy and touch therapies. Over the years I have continued to grow on my healing path, studying and offering reiki, crystal therapy, past life regression, oncology therapy and currently, breathwork.

‘If you breathe well you will live long’ is a sanskrit proverb I live by. Through my own daily practise of breathwork and meditation I understand that deeper breathing will give you the energy to live life to the full,  help you sleep, rest and recover from the stresses of life and ‘respond’ rather than react.
